What's included in the membership?
Your subscription includes our new social media scheduler, your own unique content calendar with all existing libraries of content, additionally every month we add 30 new posts per month, 10 new carousels, 10 new reels, 10 new stories, 10 new video scripts & more.
Does the membership have a term commitment?
We want you to be as successful as possible, social media is all about consistency. Showing up for a minimum of 3 months will tell the algorithm you’re here to stay & it will start naturally increasing your organic reach, so that’s why we require you to commit to 3 months.
How does billing work?
When you join Modern Broker, you are charged on the day you sign up and receive access to the current month’s content. Moving forward, you will be charged on the same day every single month.
How much is the Modern Broker membership?
The monthly membership investment is $57/month (with a 3 month commitment totalling $171) and the annual membership is $597 (gives you 2 months free). Each is billed based on your signup date.
Can I start with monthly and switch to annual?
Absolutely! If you join as a monthly member and like what you see, you can upgrade to the annual membership of $597 at any time to access bonus content. Memberships are pro-rated, so the $57 monthly membership fee will be deducted from your annual fee.
Will this work for my travel niche?
Yes! Our only focus is realtors and ensuring you get results from our membership. We only design and write content for realtors. Our canva templates can also be customized to fit your brand colors and specific brand look if required.
